I reached out to TLC regarding some drainage issues I was having in my yard as well as laying new sod. Although they were over an hour away from me, Brandon offered to come and walk through my yard with me to determine possible solutions rather than hashing things out over the phone. Within 24 hours of the walk through, I had received a comprehensive quote outlining everything we had discussed as well as alternative options, allowing me to choose the best course of action. Once we agreed on the terms, crews and materials were on site a week later and finished within a day. Upon completion of the job, they were sure to remove all trash and debris and an invoice was emailed to me reiterating everything they had done for me.
